Terms of Service:

Rescheduling is allowed if initial request is made 5 days before the service meeting day, otherwise client is responsible for purchasing a new service.

Service provider will remain on the call for 15 min, if client is running late. Service provider will leave the meeting after initial 15 min if client still fails to attend and no refund will be issued in this case. Client is responsible for purchasing a new service if consultation is still needed.
